Testimonials

“After running several highly successful programs with Steve in the past, I knew that our leadership team would benefit from participating in ‘The Art of Leadership’ and ‘Presenting with Confidence’.  As always, Steve brought energy and fun to the sessions, and the team instantly engaged in the programs, formed trust as a group and embraced the opportunity.  Our primary objective was to equip the team with skills and tactics to provide confidence and structure to tackle challenges and opportunities. The team were fully engaged in the program and cannot wait for further personal and team development opportunities with NRG Solutions.”- Lee Bradsell - GM Concord Golf Club

“Our management team recently completed The Leading for Success Program along with two other golf clubs. Steve delivered a high-quality program in a short space of time and really exceeded all our expectations. All participants were actively engaged in each module, and all benefited from learning and sharing together with managers from other Clubs. Steve is a member of a golf club and has obviously acquired a strong understanding of golf club management through his experience collaborating with other clubs. The program was relevant, and I would recommend it to any Club”- Christian Tanner, GM, Riversdale Golf Club

“We worked with Steve to provide a leadership program for key staff. Our aim was to build knowledge, skills, and capability around some core topics. The sessions were an interactive workshop format, full of energy helping the group to share experiences and enhance team cohesion. The short practical sessions can be delivered as part of a conference program and/or in a workshop format for your club” - Cathy Neagle, GM, Elanora Country Club
