Getting your people to continue to perform at their best can be a huge challenge.

I have successfully run my own business, NRG Solutions, since 2005.

Some clients book me as a key note speaker. Some clients engage me to deliver my Leading for Success program. Some clients engage me as a sales coach, sales manager or presentation skills trainer. Some book me as an executive coach.

When I work with you and your staff you can be assured that you are in very safe hands. I have successfully worked on hundreds of projects over the past 13 years.

In 2018 I will be involved in a major project with one of my clients. This means that I will only have very limited availability for other speaking, coaching and consulting assignments.

Qualification and background

Steve has a Bachelor of Business degree with a Marketing major. In the 1990’s, he played state cricket for WA and Tasmania, and county cricket in England. For the past 13 years he has worked with some of the leading companies in the world and they continue to reengage him.

Steve is happily married, lives in Sydney and has 3 children aged 16, 14 and 10 and has a dog named Monty.
